We offer 200hr Foundation Yoga Teacher Training, 300/500hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, 20hr Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher Training, 1000hr Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training & 100hr Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness Teacher Training.

MINDFULNESS INTENSIVES

We offer Mindfulness Meditation Intensives 4 times a year on the Equinoxes & the Solstices. Intensives help create and cultivate sustainable meditation practices as well provide the opportunity to dive deeply into a topic.

YOGA , QIGONG & MINDFULNESS RETREATS

RETREATS with Aparna are back. In 2026 we offer a New Year day retreat in the Jemez mountains, A Summer retreat in the Pecos and a Fall international retreat to Belize.

QIGONG
WKSHPS & TRAININGS

Four times a year we offer wkshps in various Qigong forms & sets. Whether you’re a beginner or an experience practitioner our Qigong wkshps & programs cater to all levels, guiding you on a journey of self-discovery at your own pace.

In addition we also offer QiGong Immersions and Teacher trainings both at the 200hr and the 300hr levels.

INNER ALCHEMY BOOK CLUB

The IABC is for adventurers who seek to explore consciousness, growth, expansion thru the reading of Dharma both East & West with community, reflection & discussion.Our book club offers participants a deeper experience and engagement with early Dharma teachings and practice through the lens of the selected book.
