MINDFULNESS INTENSIVES

We offer Mindfulness Meditation Intensives 4 times a year on the Equinoxes & the Solstices. Intensives help create and cultivate sustainable meditation practices as well provide the opportunity to dive deeply into a topic.

Four times a year we offer wkshps in various Qigong forms & sets. Whether you’re a beginner or an experience practitioner our Qigong wkshps & programs cater to all levels, guiding you on a journey of self-discovery at your own pace.

The IABC is for adventurers who seek to explore consciousness, growth, expansion thru the reading of Dharma both East & West with community, reflection & discussion.Our book club offers participants a deeper experience and engagement with early Dharma teachings and practice through the lens of the selected book.
