Session One

Session Two



- Discover Zhan Zhuang Qigong - The postures of Power


- Learn your first Standing meditative visualization to increase and build energy, vitality and your life force from the inside out.


- Learn how energy can stagnate in the body/mind & heart and create disease


- Benefits of QiGong and how to work with adverse reactions to Qigong


- Deepen your practice by revisiting the forms learnt in the morning and get them fine tuned by your guide.


- Teacher Training Hours : Get your first hand on experience in correcting students forms


- Learn how to structure a QiGong Flow class


- learn the art of effective instruction specific to guiding QiGong along with other essential teaching skills.



SESSION Three





- Learn the fundamentals of TCM, Traditional Chinese Medicine

- Learn Anmo Gong - the qigong art of self massage. One of the most effective methods to strengthen and regulate you energy, boost the immune system, and balance the emotions. Its like giving yourself a ‘weekly tune up’

- Learn how to clear-fill-seal energy specific to Earth element and Late Summer season


- Learn Monkey Qigong forms to cultivate clarity & playfulness


- Learn how to transform worry and anxiety into kindness & compassion with Earth element


- Learn the relationship between the Stomach/Spleen & its negative frequency as well as positive frequency emotions according to TCM


- Deepen your practice by revisiting the forms learnt in the morning and get them corrected & refined by your guide.
