A typical schedule at retreat is :
- QiGong & walking meditation in the morning followed by breakfast
- Mindfulness meditation late morning, free time & lunch
- Mindfulness meditation late afternoon followed by yoga for all levels and dinner
Optional activities are usually included depending on location of the retreat.
